Situated behind the limestone house is the fully equipped commercial kitchen (with ovens, blue seal stovetops, deep fryers, walk-in chiller, walk-in freezer, 20kg dough mixers, full washroom etc) servicing both a la carte breakfast & lunch menus and a production bake section.
